Product introduction:
Purpose: to transfer LNG from storage tank, pressurize and fill the vehicle with LNG.
Transmission medium: LNG.
Structure: vertical, single suction, two-stage, direct connected submersible centrifugal pump. The pump is coaxial with the motor. The axial force is balanced by adjusting the impeller nozzle ring, and the radial force is balanced by multi-channel guide vane design. The residual axial force and radial force are borne by low-temperature bearing. When the operation and medium temperature change, the rotor can float up and down freely, and the deformation of the disc spring produces different supporting forces to support the rotor.
Bearing: imported customized low-temperature bearing, which balances part of the axial force through the balance hole, and the remaining axial force is borne by the motor bearing. The bearing adopts medium self-lubrication.
The submersible pump is connected with the upper cover of the pump pool through four M10 bolts, and the low-temperature outgoing cable is connected through a special cable connector.
Driving mode/transmission direction: motor driven, counterclockwise rotation from the driving end (judge whether the motor direction is correct through the outlet pressure during the initial operation).
Foundation form: pump sump base, 4pc of φ24 holes.
The performance curve is gentle.
The critical speed of the pump shall not be lower than 125% of the rated speed.
The trouble-free operation time of the pump set is 10000 hours.
The installation and interface dimensions of the same model of cryogenic centrifugal pump shall be completely consistent and interchangeable.
All rotating parts shall be assembled together for dynamic balance test. According to ISO1940:2003 standard, the balance accuracy reaches G2 Level 5.
