Product introduction:
Centrifugal cryogenic liquid pump is suitable for filling liquid from storage tank to tanker. Its working purpose is specially used for cryogenic liquid transportation between storage tank and tanker. It can not only greatly shorten the liquid transportation time, but also prevent liquid waste. It has stable performance, easy operation, convenient maintenance and short start-up time. The centrifugal pump can be removed independently and installed after maintenance. This process can be completed in 2-4 hours.
Centrifugal pump is mainly composed of motor, intermediate seat and pump head.
The pump is a direct coupled horizontal single-stage centrifugal pump directly driven by motor. The middle seat has two ends, one end of the stainless-steel part is directly connected to motor flange, and the other end of copper part is connected to the pump head. Through special design of the four supports of middle seat and pump shaft, the cold loss is minimized. Through special design, the mechanical seal effectively prevents the static and dynamic medium leakage on pump shaft. The material selection and processing technology of all parts are carefully designed to fully ensure compatibility and safety of the medium. Therefore, the pump has the characteristics of compact structure, light weight and reliable performance.
