Equipment introduction:
Small bottle filling oxygen generators usually have two processes: internal compression and external compression. External compression requires high-pressure multi-stage oxygen compressor, which has many vulnerable parts and troublesome maintenance. In addition, high-pressure gaseous oxygen compression has a certain risk, and the price of piston oxygen compressor increases year by year. In recent ten years, internal compression air separation plant has gradually prevailed. Compared with single column reflux internal compression process launched by other air separation plant suppliers with simple process and low-cost equipment, but the energy consumption is more than twice that of Model 10002 ~ 10007 products, which is extremely unfavorable to the long-term operation of customers.
The internal compression air separation plant we developed uses the design concept of large-scale internal compression air separation plant for reference, and converts the energy of oxygen compression into compressed air. The air compression is safe and reliable. At the same time, the energy consumption is basically the same as that of external compression oxygen generator, and the equipment cost is twice as high as that of single column process. Through comprehensive evaluation, the advantages are still obvious.
The whole set of air separation plant is mainly composed of screw air compressor, air booster, air precooler, air purifier (13XAPG molecular sieve), air separation cold box, turbine expander, high-pressure liquid oxygen pump, filling manifold and other auxiliary equipment.
