1. Natural gas dry desulfurization process equipment

Basic information

After desulfurization and purification, natural gas is used for subsequent equipment. The required purified gas flow for this project is 84000Nm³/h, matched with dry fine desulfurization to ensure output requirements. After desulfurization, the H₂S content at the export is ≤ 5ppm.

Raw material situation

The raw gas parameters for this project are: gas flow is about 84000m³/h, and the designed gas composition is shown in Table 1.2.1:

This desulfurization proposal only has a removal effect on H₂S in the gas, and has no removal effect on hydroxyl sulfur, methyl mercaptan, and ethyl mercaptan.
