Equipment introduction:
This air separation plant can simultaneously produce pure oxygen and pure nitrogen for high-pressure cylinder filling. Oxygen can meet the quality and standards of industrial oxygen and medical oxygen at the same time. The traditional external compressed oxygen compressor has shortage of high cost and difficult maintenance. Meanwhile, high-pressure oxygen compression has certain safety risks. In order to avoid hydrocarbon accumulation and explosion in the liquid oxygen condenser of the air separation cold box, the external compression equipment needs to regularly discharge a certain amount of liquid oxygen every day to take away the hydrocarbon accumulated at bottom of main condenser. At the same time, the discharged liquid oxygen will also take away the system cooling capacity, resulting in a certain waste of system energy.
The whole package of air separation plant is mainly composed of screw air compressor, air precooler, air purifier (13X APG molecular sieve), air separation cold box, turbine expander, high-pressure liquid oxygen pump, filling manifold, etc.
For high-pressure oxygen cylinder filling purpose, customers can choose the appropriate models according to production capacity from 10002A, 10003A, 10004A, 10005A, 10006A and 10007A in 10000 series air separation plant.
